About Billy Wagner

Billy Wagner is a thriving insurance professional, agency owner, best-selling author, speaker, and family man.

Billy’s career began in the insurance space, where he was a franchisee pioneer with Brightway Insurance. In 2006, he launched what is now recognized as one of the top-selling agencies in the US. In 2023, Billy earned the esteemed “Agency Owner of the Year” title for leading the brand’s top sales team. In one year, his team successfully completed over 6800 policies and earned more than $12M in new business.

Outside of the agency world, Billy has a unique knack for teaching others how to succeed. His two books, Insuring Your Peace of Mind and Business Masterclass, offer invaluable lessons for insurance professionals and entrepreneurs. As a speaker, Billy has impacted thousands with talks on building a profitable team, creating a referral-based business, and running a successful company.

While Billy’s business success is admirable, his true passion lies in giving back to his community. All proceeds from his books, speaking engagements, and consulting clients go towards philanthropic initiatives. In particular, Billy is proud to run the Wagner Family Foundation to provide funding for local non-profits.

Billy wants to be an example in the community for giving back and has served in the following ways- Board member for FAIA, President of the Ponte Vedra Beach Rotary Club, Board chair for Mission House, Chair of the Ponte Vedra Beach Rotary Foundation.  Billy has helped to raise over 350,000 for local area nonprofits.

Billy and his wife, Anouk, live in Neptune Beach, Florida, with their son, Landon, daughter, Sky, and Dog Duncan.
