Marife Molina
Marife Molina is Executive Vice President of Strategic Revenue and an equity partner at C3 Risk & Insurance Services, one of the fastest-growing independent insurance agencies in the country. She leads C3’s revenue strategy, producer development, recruiting, and growth initiatives, helping build the firm toward its vision of becoming the Agency of the West.
Before joining C3, Marife spent more than 15 years at Chubb, where she served as Regional Executive for Orange County and San Diego and led a $400 million operation. She is a passionate advocate for innovation, inclusive leadership, and mentoring the next generation of talent coming into our industry. Her leadership philosophy is grounded in curiosity, courage, and the belief that organizations grow faster when people are encouraged to experiment, learn, and fail forward.
