We believe that your time out of the office and price of a ticket should be an investment in your business. At ITC Agents you’ll meet with and hear from other agents, share ideas, meet vendors, meet carriers, and enjoy numerous social events so that you go back home not just inspired, but with practical takeaways and new friends.

Information is virtually free and at our fingertips. So why spend time and money at a conference? We believe that in a digital, AI-powered world, nothing replaces the magic of in-person handshakes, serendipitous conversations over drinks or lunch, and the ‘lightbulb’ moments you can get from that one speaker who helped you see something differently. We believe there’s no substitute for booking three days out of your year to plan for inspiration to strike. 

We have an agenda. But we don’t have an ‘Agenda’ for you. Because we’re not a user conference or industry association (we have nothing against them!), you’ll find any network, any state, any vendor ecosystem represented here. No cliques, just good people and good conversations.

The speaking program emerges out of the recommendations of our advisory board and past attendees. We strive to ensure that you’re not just getting the high-level inspiration, but the playbook to put it into practice. That’s why most of our speakers are fellow agency owners. It’s why we have a BrainShare on Wednesday to digest the ‘download’ of ideas from Tuesday.
